The only difference is that I saute all the ingredients together in the same pan until cooked, add a bit of chopped celantro (whenever I have it in stock!), and grind. My son MUST have this with dosa/idli; and if I don't add celantro he'd ask "where are the green spots?"! <br />Great going Asha.
