But currently I saw a blog http://www.surabhifoods.com/atta-maida-sooji-secret-good-health/ . Now I made parotta from your blog. All my family members are very happy, Thank you for your blog.Nimmihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01890622134063058875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118861182192619939.post-65014955474208437732015-09-14T03:42:31.995-07:002015-09-14T03:42:31.995-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.vibrantindiatourshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01373262347525927929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118861182192619939.post-71697346393700467932012-11-22T03:15:29.580-08:002012-11-22T03:15:29.580-08:00Nice one Asha.. will surely try it since I couldn&...Nice one Asha.. will surely try it since I couldn't eat Borotta for the last three years.. Actually I don't have a real food proces...Ann..
Actually I don't have a real food processor. But I do have a 2 cup 'Cuisinart Food Prep Plus' which is kind of a very small food processor. (That is the one I had shown in the Cheese Puffs recipe.)It is good for dry grinding n chopping.. To coarsely grind for Avial, Thoran etc:, chop veggies like Carrots, Cabbage for Thoran and also to grind Urad Dal for Vada n Jalebi...(It is small but I do all these stuff in that) As you wrote the comment under this post, I want to mention about the 'Stand Mixer' I mentioned in this recipe. It is standing 'hand mixer' (n hence the name) that is used to make all sort of doughs... Chappathi, Parotta, Naan, Pizza,Tart and Batters ... Cake, Cookie and to whip stuffs cream, egg whites etc. Mine is a 'Kitchen Aid' brand. If you are thinking about buying one of these I will say buy Kitchen Aid... and don't even think of buying cheaper ones (I had a cheaper one at first, but then I replaced it realizing the foolishness...It has a huge difference).. Go for the good one if you are serious in buying one..
I hope this helps... but do ask if you have more doubts...
Thanks a lot...Ashahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04361769181644800434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118861182192619939.post-55516809028808605072011-05-01T11:15:02.383-07:002011-05-01T11:15:02.383-07:00All the dishes i tried from your site came out re...All the dishes i tried from your site came out really well.Which model food processor do you use?Wanted to buy one which does all these tough tasks..annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10485544238505197783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118861182192619939.post-46004959026419891372011-05-01T11:13:36.744-07:002011-05-01T11:13:36.744-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10485544238505197783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118861182192619939.post-3228643504951306312011-03-14T23:17:08.507-07:002011-03-14T23:17:08.507-07:00oru 10 porotta ingottu ayachu tharamo???
